.Farewell '08.

This will be my last entry for 2008!
Wow, so much has happened in a year..
I guess it's time to say goodbye to this one though
and make way for a new one to begin. I wonder what sorts
of things I will be typing about in this year to come?
Only God knows.
So now...2008 I bid thee farewell xo
A look back at the last year..

This was January 1st, the first picture I took in 2008



He came, he went. He is happy, that's all that matters. No matter what
others may say in their fits of bitterness, that they would have done it
differently, that they could have done better, that she was selfish and
immature, walk in the shoes before you pass judgement, look in the mirror.
He is happy, he is loved, he's happy.



Corbin got mono





good while it lasted, which wasn't long. I don't know what to say really.



So much for that. [argh]



Hello Viola, she came to live with us :] She is Lucas' buddy.

We turned 38 on April 16th and 17th :]




Corbin caught Lucas a "thithard"



Nico made me something good to eat.

Gas prices went to an all time high...so we had to get a new car.
Suck air gas prices!!



We found another lizard, but ummm, well you see.

We made an Oreo tour



found out we were moving back to California!



Corbin went to prom.

pink eye paid a visit to our house.

for California!

Brenna and Dominic went to camp..we got to see the Valenzuelas! Yahhh!!!

July came.






4th of July came and we got to see our friends again!!
Chris and Andrea came up to Big Bear for the weekend.

I found a chair on the side of the road.





We had breakfast at Tiffanys [not really but hey how cool if
we did]




My Moo cards came. I actually just ordered new ones the other day.
All different, better, faster, stronger, just like Kenya West.



We saw Nicos family. Our family.





Hello old friend..this was driving down to his grandmas..I hadn't
seen a sign that said this in ages! It was SO good to be back in
California!








Lucas discovered that he loves "peanutbutter spoons"

We went to visit an old friend, Hello Grizzly Manor :]




The summer Olympics ROCKED!!!



And so does Corbin [so he really wants to swim, and we need a pool
up here in Big Bear really bad that is heated. If not, it looks like
we will be making trips to Redlands. Something needs to work out.
Hopefully this year...it will.



School started.

I had a flashback from the 70's,80's,90's....etc

And with Alana, came this. The Twilight addiction.
She forever tried to get me to read the first book,
and I didn't...until one night. Then I couldn't put
it down, and I finished it and went on to the next one.
Thankyou Lana..how dare you!?

October 12th..our first little dinky tease of a snow.

We got a new President.
A Change.
Someone new.
Someone young.
Someone different.
Someone who smokes [bleh]
We shall see what happens.





Respect the President.
Even if you're vote didn't win.
I mean, the guy did win by a major margin...Who's really in control?!
I just hope our country does see change.

I went back to an old place.
Got sad.
But remembered all the fun times.




Made many trips to Target and Winco.

We got snowed in.
Big Bear had the most snow at any one time than it's had
in 35 years. It was to the top of our chainlink fence.
It is still out there...in huge piles.
Our yard, and everywhere are still covered in snow.



Silvio came to live with us :] Lucas calls him "Shilbio"



One of Corbins best friends from Florida came to visit.



more life. Lucas got so sick this past week.
He seems to be feeling better now though after
getting put on an antibiotic. Phew!






I dont know why we ever get cupcakes for Lucas, he NEVER eats them!

the phone with her]
and Dominic is playing Tetris on his phone.

Not sure what we are doing tonight, if anything, maybe I'll be a total
loser and watch the Twilight Zone marathon that SciFi alwas plays on New Years
Eve?

I hope that this year brings everyone a little bit of happiness.

I wish I had an hour in a room with Him.
I have so much to say to him.
I want to yell at him.
I want to thank him for showing me how not to treat
the people you love.
I wanted to be able to tell my mom goodbye, but he
always made sure that I wasn't able to do that.
I want to address all of the lies. Ask him why he felt
the need to talk about me with my niece.
I want to know why he praises wrong doing.
Yet holds the grudge towards me for life for anything Ive
ever done wrong.
Im sure in writing this..it will stir up a whole mess of things.
I dont care though. If he doesn't or they don't..why should I?
I can't believe the crap.
I hope they are all happy,apparently they aren't though. Word
on the street is they aren't. Fighting, impersonating, running away,
lying about cancer, apparently someone is a bastard..
Oh do I not miss that.
I miss my mom. That's about it.
I feel sorry for her.
I love her.
