2nd Story Window: Happy Halloweinershintzel

Oh Happy Day!
Today started off with Doms dentist appt. We got
bad news while there...first, he's got an infection
so had to be put on antibitics to clear it up before
they can work on his teeth. Once the infection has cleared
up, he has to get FOUR rootcanals done. OMG!! My poor son.
I have 5, count them 5 kids and Dominic is the only one
out of all of them who has any problem with his teeth.
I feel so bad for him :(
We left the the dentist office hungry but wanting to get
back home so we went thru a drive thru..."Weiner-hot-sizzle"
is what Dominic used to call it when he was little. We got
5 for $5...some for us...some to bring back up the mountain
to Nico for lunch. Yumness!
Got Dom his medicine, came home and waited..
You know what we waited for!?
Lucas' costume to be delivered by the UPS man...I checked the
delivery status online this morning and it kept saying,
"Out for delivery" so...we waited....waited...and waited...
the goober never showed up so Lucas wore a costume from when
Dominic was little..a monkey. He didnt want to wear it at all
but finally gave in after practicing his "tick-r-teet".
We went to the village...got loads of candy!
Went and ate at CJ's...came home and guess what was sitting on the
porch!? Lukes rat costume from Old Navy and the lovely UPS man..dagnabbit!
A day late and a dollar short! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
And now...I am ending my Halloween night with a nice viewing of Texas
Chainsaw Massacre with Lana [my niece] everyone else is sleeping or
at friends tonight.
p.s. its really hard to get in the scary mood watching this movie
when I can hear Noggin on the tv in the den playing the beginning
song to 64 Zoo Lane...bleh!!

Pictures from the day...by the way. There are days that my camera and myself
have a very love hate relationship..today...I hate my camera. Every setting,
focus, lighting felt like complete crap.

Dominic did so good not eating any candy tonight..not one piece.
I promised we would save it all for him after his teeth get
fixed..although...yah..thats probably smart. Give him a bag of
sugar after he has all that work done on his teeth...

The tootsie roll that Lucas kept in his mouth for stinkin EVER!

Lukey at Carl's Jr. Look what happened lastnight when he fell out of my
bed. And YES he was sleeping in my bed with me lastnight. Shame on me!
But his poor little lip.

The late costume that Lucas really wanted to wear...that went on with ease
once we got home and it was finally delivered to our house, sitting on the
porch..after we practically had to bribe him to wear a monkey costume
instead tonight. Darn UPS!! Gosh darn ya!
At least he got to wear it around the house tonight..and tomorrow it
will probably get some Lucas time..and then that will be all.
